Boys basketball ends season with success

The boys basketball season ended with a successful 17 wins and 10 losses with a strong road ahead of them to next year’s season.
“I really love trying to get a group of people to come together and accomplish a common goal. It is also very exciting to see when players make a connection to what you are teaching in practice and then implement it and be successful during a game,” said assistant boys basketball coach Tim Hough.
This season has brought players and coaches together for a chance at becoming more like a family.
At the end of the season, the varsity team lost to Hersey at their last game with a score of 63-51 at the Regional Semifinals, but the team had worked together and hard all season long.
“Hersey was a tough opponent for us, but overall, I think the players had a very successful season. We posted 17 wins and were able to overcome some very difficult obstacles throughout the course of the season,” said head varsity basketball coach Todd Grunloh.
