The senior girls powder puff team had a victory over the junior class at last night’s powder puff game.

After the seniors faced a tough game, they came out victorious with a win of 26-8.

“It was a really fun and exciting game. I am really sad that it was my last year playing,” said senior Lily Swanson.

Before the game started, the girls warmed up with their football team coaches. The guys led stretching and had the girls run. The guys also ran plays with the girls to make sure they were ready for the game.

Due to rain, the junior and senior game had to be played in the fieldhouse rather than the football field outside.

“Although the senior girls were sad about playing in the fieldhouse, they didn’t let it affect their overall performance,” said senior coach Dami Oladunmoye.

The fieldhouse may not have been as great as playing on the football field, but the seniors made the best of the situation.

After the seniors won, the girls celebrated by taking lots of pictures and posing with the trophy.

“I love getting to see how happy the team gets after winning,” said senior coach Fosco.

Winning two years in a row was a great accomplishment for the senior class, and they were more than happy with the turnout of their last ever powder puff game.
