Cultura y comunicación honores es una clase de español estudiamos diferentes culturas, personas, y historia de países latinoamericanos. Esta clase es diferente a otras clases de español porque hay más variedad en las cosas que aprendemos además de aprender a hablar. En clase leemos libros como Vida y Muerte en la Mara Salvatrucha. También aprendimos sobre la guerra civil en El Salvador y sobre Cesar Chavez que son eventos históricos. Finalmente también aprendimos sobre poesía y poetas latinoamericanas que impactaron el mundo. Para mi esta clase es fácil pero tienes que poner el esfuerzo en los trabajos, yo recomiendo que otras personas tomen esta clase porque la señora Gaona es una buena maestra y aprenderás mucho.

Culture and communication honors is a Spanish class where we study different cultures, people and history of Latin American countries. This class is different from other Spanish classes because there is more variety in the things we learn besides learning to speak. In class we read books like Life and Death in the Mara Salvatrucha. We also learned about the civil war in El Salvador and about César Chávez which are historical events. Finally we also learned about Latin American poetry and poets who impacted the world. For me this class is easy but you have to put the effort into the assignments. I recommend that other people take this class because Mrs. Gaona is a good teacher and you will learn a lot.
