Samsung recalls defective phones
Samsung, the creators of the Galaxy Note 7, released a phone that has recently been exploding in their pockets worldwide and catching people off guard.
“The phone was meant to be a fresh new look and an obvious competitor for Apple iPhones, but it seems the iPhones are winning due to the recent explosions,” said T-mobile sales representative Nick Davis.
The phone has recently been recalled lately due to the faulty system within the phone most likely in the battery region.
“No one could’ve ever expected this tragedy to happen especially when phones are involved in our everyday lives,” said AT&T sales represetative Timothy Rowder.
Many providers of the phone were unaware of how unsafe the phones were, especially a Verizon sales representative by the name of Jeremy Hernandez.
“I don’t see myself in the near future buying a phone especially from Samsung unless I know it was safe for not only me, but for the people that has actually had the phone for a while and know that tests were done to make sure guaranteed safety,” Hernandez said.
Galaxy users are the main people who are upset the most, especially due to the recall of the phone they expected better from Galaxy.
“I’m now more scared than ever to even use a Galaxy phone because of what I’ve been hearing especially about how the phone blew up in a guys pocket, which is really unsafe for many people,” said Galaxy user Dylan Foster.
There has never been this many disappointed customers and sellers all at once due to a single phone. This year a recent phone was released and has been catching everyone by surprise with the defects it has.
