Although Infamous Second Son is loved for its graphics, it is famous for its storyline. In this game, you play as Delsin Rowe, a seemingly normal rebellious boy living in a world full of conduits (normal people with special abilities) or as the government calls them “Bio-Terrorists.” As the game continues, you realize that Delsin can absorb other’s powers just by touching them. The goal of the game is to complete all of the missions, but there is a way that it differs from other games. The gamer gets to choose to fight for good or evil, and the game changes depending on the player’s decisions.
One thing that this game is great for is character development. Every character they introduce is easy to get attached to. Some of the main characters that Delsin reenacts with are his brother, Reggie, a local police officer doing his best to keep his younger bro out of trouble; two characters that Delsin meets on his journey of Infamy are named Eugene and Fetch, who the player decides to join on a quest for good or evil. The antagonist, Augestine, is a woman in charge of keeping the government’s secrets and crushing rebels that get in her way. You must defeat Agustine and her officers in order to beat the game, and in the end, you’re infamous.
