The dance team went to Roost 83 during homecoming week to paint their windows.

Homecoming Bonfire

“My favorite part of the bonfire was being able to see the school come together. I was able to see my peers in a setting without masks on, and I got to interact with underclassmen that I’ve never gotten the chance to see before. I just had a really fun time,” said senior Tanvi Shahi.

Homecoming Spirit Week

“My favorite part was decades day and the days where you could get more creative with outfits. I loved how everyone’s interpretations were so different,” said senior Nina Garcia.

Homecoming Powderpuff Game

“It was really great to see everyone supporting their peers and cheering for their class! I got really into it, and I could tell that people were on the edge of their seats. I definitely missed this Homecoming tradition,” said senior Makiya Barrow.

Homecoming Golf Cart Parade

“Since I wasn’t able to have a Homecoming game last year due to COVID-19, I wanted to make sure I didn’t take it for granted this year. The feeling of cheering out of the golf cart as we passed the superfans was such a memorable feeling of joy that I will carry on for years,” said senior Itzel Gonzalez.

Homecoming DJ

“My favorite part was that the DJ was taking music suggestions and included different music styles! Everyone was active, laughing and just enjoying the music,” said sophomore Julie Aguilar.
